Are you ready to contribute to a dynamic and impactful environment focusing on employee relations in a diverse setting? We are seeking a detail-oriented Labor Relations Associate to support the operational needs of our Labor Relations Department. As part of this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the Department's objectives under the guidance of the Labor Relations Director.

Job Overview:

Under the supervision of the Labor Relations Director, the Labor Relations Associate will take on various administrative responsibilities within the department. This position demands a high degree of organization and efficiency to manage a substantial workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating, updating, and organizing case files and records
- Assisting in the coordination of trainings, meetings, and other labor-related events
- Handling the retrieval and filing of relevant documents and information
- Inputting data into databases and generating reports
- Supporting Central Office Labor Relations as required
- Identifying process improvement opportunities for enhanced operational efficiency
- Assisting in general administrative tasks as needed
- Fulfilling other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an Associate's Degree with relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with substantial experience in HR or related functions.

Department Preferences:

- Residency in NYC
- Baccalaureate Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in HR practices, labor relations, personnel administration, or equivalent
- Relevant combination of education, training, and experience
