Growth Marketing Manager, Enterprise Customers,


a smart, driven marketer who is responsible for designing and executing Account Based Marketing, Persona and Vertical Industry Campaigns that grow revenue and target account engagement.

Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you will bring your strategic thinking, marketing savvy and creativity to work alongside Marketing and Sales to engage the right Accounts and Personas to show them how ACI Learning's SaaS Platform can increase the capabilities of their teams.

This is a critical role for ACI Learning's growth – you get to create and execute.

Key Responsibilities


Doing the necessary customer and market research to deeply understand Buyer Persona needs and Industry Trends that lead to compelling campaigns.

Creating Campaigns – including Account-Based and Intent-Based Marketing - that effectively drive engagement and conversion across different Account Segments, Buyer Personas and Vertical Industries.

You will also be creating Campaigns that increase customer retention and cross-sell.

Combining multiple digital and physical engagement channels including digital advertising, direct mail, events, social and webinars into a cohesive, integrated campaign that efficiently drives conversion within our target customer acquisition cost.

Effectively create shorter-form content and copy to support your campaigns including email and landing page messaging and content. Working with our Content team to help create longer form content such as Buyer's Guides to support your campaigns.

Your KPIs will include Total and per Campaign Revenue and Pipeline $ Generated, # and % of Targeted Accounts that are engaged and that convert, individual Campaign conversion %'s and Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC).

What'll

You need (Requirements)

5+ years of B2B SaaS or Software marketing focused on demand generation activities for enterprises and leadership personas.

Experience working in a B2B SaaS or Software Direct selling model and working closely with Sales Leadership to drive revenues.

Proven track record with work samples that show how you've built successful Account Based Marketing Campaigns that focus on specific Accounts, Personas or Vertical Industries.

Experience creating campaigns to improve existing customer retention and ARR $ growth is a big plus.
Strong writing abilities including compelling email and copy creation that drive conversion.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to assess complex marketing and operational issues and develop practical solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in managing relationships with external marketing service providers, agencies, and vendors.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, channels, and best practices.
Experience using marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot), Salesforce and Account Based Marketing Tools like 6Sense or ZoomInfo.
Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
