About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at Beaverhead Motors. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our dealership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clerical Support: Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mail sorting, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Visitor Management: Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate team members, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Conflict Resolution: Effectively diffuse client concerns and direct them to the relevant team member for assistance.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor demo car keys and log demo car reports as necessary.
  • Transaction Processing: Process repair orders, operate credit card and Telecheck machines, and maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
  • Time Management: Prioritize and complete a variety of tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of duties.
  • Phone Management: Answer phone calls and direct them to the relevant department.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 months of related experience and/or training.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
