Business Analyst 4 - CRIS Document Management Analyst

Looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with over 8 years of experience to lead projects related to computerized document creation, workflows, interfaces, and storage for criminal and civil systems including the Criminal and Rap Back Information System (CRIS) project. The incumbent will perform complex business analysis and technical tasks such as project planning, process improvement, writing requirements, system design, data analysis, interface analysis, and system rollout. Also, the incumbent will serve as the Team Leader for a document management team and lead DocuSign eSignature forms, workflows, interfaces, and JavaScript development. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the review, analysis, and evaluation of current business systems
  • Analyzing and implementing process improvements
  • Creating and evaluating user requirements and system needs
  • Producing various requirements artifacts
  • Developing training materials and providing end-user training

Candidates must have experience in developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows, customizing form behaviors using JavaScript, strong leadership skills, organizational, administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Also, proficiency in Organizational Change Management, implementing cloud-hosted Software As A Service (SaaS) solutions, and understanding business analysis concepts is required. Additionally, the ability to produce requirement-related artifacts such as test cases, requirements traceability matrix, business rules, interface requirements, use cases, activity diagrams, and more is essential.

  • Strong communication skills in English and proficient with Microsoft Products Required 5 Years
