**Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical Units**
We are looking for a skilled RN to join our team in the Medical Surgical units. The ideal candidate should hold a current IL License and CPR certification. It is essential that the RN is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and Flu.
This role involves floating between two Medical Surgical units, working alternate weekends, holidays, and 12-hour night shifts (7P-7A).

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques
- Document patient care accurately
- Develop and execute individualized patient care plans
- Participate in performance improvement activities
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support patient care
- Ensure patient safety and experience

**State License Requirement:**
Active IL License

**Experience Needed:**
Minimum 2 years

**Guaranteed Hours:**
36 hours
