DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Follow Management Planning guidelines

  • Develop product knowledge in the meat department
  • Assist in special projects and other assigned tasks
  • Participate in training other team members
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards
  • Ensure department and overall workplace safety
  • Follow sanitation and food safety standards
  • Perform additional duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality
  • Meet minimum age requirements
  • Effective customer service and communication abilities
  • Willingness to learn and perform various job tasks
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift packages of meat products up to 40lb frequently
  • Stand or walk for extended periods in a cold environment
  • Perform repetitive motions during product handling
  • Handle cleaning and packaging materials safely
  • Regular bending required
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Prepare and handle meat products according to procedures
  • Maintain product displays and rotation
  • Assist with meat cutting and processing tasks
  • Receive, store, and handle meat deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Meet all physical job demands
Salary range: $23.50 per hour
