Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Wireless Vision. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the success of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to individuals visiting the store, including greeting customers, answering questions, and assessing their needs.
  • Exceed sales targets by acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers' accounts, and excelling in quality metrics.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand.
  • Assist with all functions within the retail store, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer transactions.
  • Work with store management to maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, back room, and restrooms.
  • Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
  • Share customer experiences with the rest of the team, including management.
  • Assist customers with service activations, changes, and bill payments, respond to billing inquiries, and sell accessories.
  • Build customer confidence by making their experience comfortable and simple while meeting their needs.
  • Engage in service selling and right-fitting customers with the appropriate technology solutions.
  • Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or a customer-facing environment.
  • Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible scheduling availability.
  • Completed High school diploma/GED.
  • Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
  • Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
