As a Fleet Maintenance Manager at RXO, you will take charge of optimizing repair and maintenance processes for internal and external equipment. Leading a team of Maintenance & Repair Invoice Auditors and Collection Specialists, you will focus on streamlining operations and identifying cost-saving solutions. What to expect in your day-to-day:

  • Ensure accurate record entry into operations and billing systems following M&R protocols
  • Act as a department liaison to address impediments to progress
  • Regular communication with vendors, customers, and various contractors
  • Investigate and resolve high-level customer issues
  • Lead and develop a team, providing guidance and conflict resolution
  • Document roadside service interactions
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors

Key qualifications for success:

You should have at least:

  • 4 years of relevant experience in logistics or transportation
  • Flexible availability for different shifts

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively
