**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to lead our maintenance team at Michael Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and direct all maintenance work, including emergency repairs, proactive maintenance activities, and safety compliance
* Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of excellence and safety
* Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage work orders and parts inventory
* Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
* Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using precision techniques and troubleshooting methods
* Support implementation of capital projects and productivity initiatives

**Requirements:**

* AA in Engineering, Operations, or related field, or equivalent trade school certification
* Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance or related field
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
* Experience with PLCs, 480v 3 phase systems, and NFPA 70E compliance preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
