JOB SUMMARY


The primary purpose of the Document Imaging Representative is to perform general clerical operational tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature.

Responsibilities include logging and batching work, photocopying, verifying or matching data on documents, performing data entry tasks, compiling data, scan documents into the imaging system, performing routine math calculations.

This position works under close supervision following established procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned.

  • Receive, log, and deliver incoming mail
  • Prep and log lockbox and charges
  • Research requests for paper EOB's, charge tickets, etc.
  • Log returned self-pay mail into system
  • Scan documents into the imaging solutions
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefit Information

Compensation

  • Pay: $11.30-$17.00 per hour. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
  • Position may be eligible for a signing bonus for qualified new hires, subject to employment status.
  • Conifer observed holidays receive time and a half.
