Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer/Architect to become a valuable team member on a contract basis. This role is essential for maintaining and improving our BI platforms, as well as contributing to the creation of innovative solutions. The perfect candidate will play a key role in guaranteeing the continuous functionality and progress of our BI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions for daily operations.
  • Design and implement a strong BI architecture for different projects, incorporating new technologies as necessary.
  • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Deploy BI solutions utilizing Tableau, SAS, Power BI, and Databricks; familiarity with Epic is a plus.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI platforms.
  • Offer support, troubleshooting, and training to users of BI tools and systems.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance current BI and data analytics frameworks to boost performance and functionality.
  • Document BI system architecture, solutions, and processes following best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a BI Engineer or Architect, with a solid background in designing and implementing BI tools and systems.
  • Thorough understanding of Tableau, SAS, Power BI, and Databricks. Experience with Epic systems is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on collecting, organizing, analyzing, and sharing significant data with precision.
  • Excellent issue-solving skills and the capability to optimize data flows and structures for BI tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and acquainted with other programming languages utilized in data analysis.
  • Capable of collaborative teamwork and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
