  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of collaboration solutions including Microsoft Teams, Video Conferencing technologies, Cisco Webex, and Virtual Whiteboarding technologies.
  • Develop and maintain architecture and infrastructure for collaboration platforms ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand collaboration needs and provide strategic technology recommendations.
  • Establish and enforce collaboration standards, policies, and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze collaboration tool usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Lead and mentor a team of collaboration engineers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Required:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in collaboration engineering.
  • Strong technical expertise in collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Video Conferencing, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Miro.
  • Project management skills with a track record of leading successful technology initiatives.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities focusing on delivering efficient solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred:
  • 8-10 years of experience in collaboration engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure.
