Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Engineering Team Lead to guide our IT Software Engineering department. In this role, you will manage a team of software developers working collaboratively with different departments to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee software engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-based applications
  • Work closely with product management to ensure alignment on project specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize team objectives
  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and software quality
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop software engineering talent
  • Promote enhancements in software development methodologies

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and multiple programming languages

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in developing reliable systems
  • Background in DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows
  • Expertise in Microsoft technologies and cloud infrastructures
  • Experience managing offshore development teams
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Workday Studio, and Blackline tools
