About The Role

The Marketing Manager will help create strategic marketing plans to support BSI's Consulting Services.

The marketing plan should align with corporate strategic objectives and be developed through understanding and research of market and product dynamics across industry.

This will include working closely with the technical Product Manager, Head of Consulting Sales, and Practice Directors. This role includes developing specific marketing campaigns in close coordination with the broader BSI marketing teams.


The marketing manager will need to define and take to market a joined-up product and service offering, centered around the needs of the designated client segment to maximize sales, revenue and profit contribution along with increased client loyalty, cross sell/upsell and advocacy.

Responsibilities

Champion Consulting services and solutions to identify opportunities and develop strategic marketing plans for the portfolio.

Work with the Sales Manager to define and refine the value proposition and customer messaging for assigned products and campaigns.

Develop a deep understanding of target client segment, the business issues they commonly face and determine appropriate client propositions of BSI products and services to answer these needs.

Drive lead generation activity in the US, UK, and broader western markets through the development of marketing campaigns, and track results to inform future plans working closely with Marketing Services.

Work with marketing, sales manager, analysts, and consultants to develop effective content for marketing campaigns within North America and EMEA.

Create opportunities with trade bodies and other centres of influence to build good working relationships.

Ability to develop global campaigns for sectors, then localize to meet individual market needs Evaluate, measure and analyze campaigns to assess their effectiveness using appropriate tools and record lessons learned.

Develop and deliver and monitor the performance of the marketing plan for specific client segment to drive mid-term demand creation as well as short term lead generation, targeting new prospects as well as existing clients.

To Be Successful In The Role, You Will Have

B.A. / B.S. in Marketing or equivalent experience
5-7 years in Marketing
Strong writing skills
Delegation and coordination of specific tasks in an effective manner
Experience with software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office - Word processing, spreadsheet (Excel) and database applications and
Web literacy preferred
Previous marketing or events experience, ability to delivery impactful, engaging events.
Domestic Travel up to 10% time
Experience using and developing reports with , a plus

The salary for this position can range from $75k to $93k annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
