The Challenge: Director, Marketing Operations

As the Director of Marketing Operations, you will take charge of enhancing Brother's go-to-market strategies and providing marketing support throughout various divisions and product lines. Your main focus will be on generating campaign ideas, optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability. This role involves spearheading transformative projects across the go-to-market team and fostering collaboration among different stakeholders as a trusted visionary.

This position involves directly managing the Marketing Communications team that supports multiple business units. Additionally, you will collaborate with Product Marketing, subject matter experts, and marketing leaders to identify and drive operational initiatives for Brother International Corporation.

Drive and Enhance Campaign Performance

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

ADDITIONAL ROLE DETAILS

This is a hybrid role, allowing employees to work remotely up to two days a week, depending on business requirements. Office days will be determined by managers.

  • The salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $175,000 annually
  • Starting salary will be based on qualifications, internal equity, location, and market data alignment
  • This role is eligible for Brother's variable pay incentive plan(s), contingent on individual and company performance
