Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategy to expand the regional ecosystem of financial services Capital Markets partners in the Americas.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to enhance the AWS FS practice by creating offerings and solutions.
  • Create strategic business plans with partners for target markets aligned with AWS's direction.
  • Define and execute joint practice, sales, and Go to Market (GTM) programs with partners.
  • Play a vital role in the Americas Financial Services Industry team to execute the overall partner strategy.
  • Engage partners' sales teams, channels, and end customers to generate revenue opportunities for AWS.
  • Establish and manage revenue targets, working closely with partners and AWS sales teams to achieve or surpass goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on executing the strategic business plan.
  • Include partners in relevant marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement promotions, funding benefits, and incentives as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in developing and executing business agreements
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in devising strategies that impact leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience in managing cross-functional programs, processes, and release schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze data and provide business recommendations
  • Experience in negotiating and executing complex legal agreements
