Responsibilities:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and support Point of Sale (POS) software and hardware at various company-operated and dealer-supported sites.
  • Provide technical support to store operations and associates for POS, networking, internet, phone systems, and more.
  • Be the primary contact for users needing technical assistance both on-site and remotely.
  • Assist with third-party software, applications, and critical business functions.
  • Handle store fixes, hardware upgrades, and new site setups.
  • Utilize SysAid ticketing system to prioritize user issues.
  • Collaborate with third parties to resolve issues at store and main office locations.
  • Document processes and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Identify and expedite issue resolution.
  • Provide on-call support for critical issues and participate in weekend support rotations.
  • Adhere to standard help desk protocols.
  • Understanding of maintaining virtual environments is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with managing snapshots and backups in virtual environments is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Experience Level: Experienced
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree

Skills:

  • Helpdesk (minimum 3 years of experience required)
  • Desktop Support (minimum 3 years of experience required)
