- Collaborate with Tech and business leads to identify competitive differentiators and gaps.
- Conduct thorough research on segment and competitor trends across the Nightwing portfolio.
- Identify market, competitor, and customer trends that impact Nightwing's strategy.
- Perform annual budget analysis for relevant markets and incorporate insights to refine strategies.
- Develop market models for segments where data is limited, based on research and assumptions.
- Monitor and report on ongoing projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in strategic analysis, market research, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with cyber and intelligence industry as well as technology markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, build relationships, and obtain a US Security Clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in strategic analysis or management consulting.
- Sound understanding of business operations.
- Experience in strategic market analysis and presentation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with Intelligence Community, DoD, or Fed/Civ customers.
- Active Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance.
Education Requirement:
BA Degree in Business, Economics, or related field, MBA preferred. Experience may be considered in place of a degree.
Location:
Dulles, Virginia; Hybrid.
The salary range for this position is between $96,000 and $200,000 USD. RTX offers various benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, retirement plans, flexible work schedules, and more. Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive programs may also be available based on performance and business factors.
