Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial and accounting operations.
  • Conduct monthly and yearly closing procedures.
  • Generate financial statements.
  • Handle payroll utilizing Paylocity.
  • Supervise cash flow and forecasting.
  • Track donations.
  • Create and track the annual budget.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, secure yearly LOC, process transactions, and more.
  • Adjust and maintain internal controls as needed.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience at a comparable level; preference for experience in non-profit or religious organizations.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Paylocity is advantageous.
