What we expect from youHR Coordinator is responsible for obtaining, recording, forwarding, and explaining human resource information. They maintain human resources records, including applications, resumes, and applicant logs. They also verify a job candidates background by contacting references.

This role will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

This position is responsible for all aspects of recruiting for the company and plays a critical role in ensuring it hires the best possible talent.

The HR Coordinator onboards new employees by issuing forms and applications and is responsible for verifying completion. They assist employees by explaining benefit programs and avoid legal challenges by complying with legal requirements. A crucial part of this role involves maintaining manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential. This position is responsible for obtaining, recording, and interpreting human resources information within a company. They are tasked with managing company human resources records and assisting new employees with enrolment procedures.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage employee recognition programsManage time and labor adjustmentsSupport in payroll processManage corrective action for time and laborManage full cycle recruitment effortsSchedule and coordinate interviews for multiple departments/positionsCreate and submit staffing reportsOnboard/offboard employees in payroll systemComplete new hire orientationsFacilitate employee trainingsCreate credentials for new hiresAssist/facilitate employee engagement activitiesManage employee engagement surveys and feedbackAssist with office department for coaching and mentoringAssist with managing inventory and orderingAssist with building support/needsCompile and audit miscellaneous reports based on ad hoc projectsQualificationsExperience using payroll database software; ADP Workforce Now experienced a plus but not requiredA minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resource experience.

Working knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting human resourcesSkill in both verbal and written communicationAbility to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect, credibility, and integrityAbility to organize, prioritize, and work within deadlinesAbility to comply with the Company's and departmental safety policies and proceduresProblem analysis and resolution skillsEffective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
