SUMMARY
The HR & Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for a diverse range of HR tasks, including overseeing full cycle recruiting and benefits management. This role will also collaborate with colleagues on impactful projects. Initially, the focus will be on recruitment and benefits activities. As we move towards more automated processes, the coordinator will gradually take on additional, including strategic, responsibilities.
JOB DUTIES
- Support the delivery of quality full cycle recruitment service and contribute to the recruitment strategy
- Assist hiring managers throughout the interview and hiring process
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and hiring managers for temporary worker recruitment
- Manage candidate communication in the Application Tracking System
- Maintain accurate reporting in the Applicant Tracking System
- Schedule and organize interviews for candidates
- Provide timely support for interview logistics
- Monitor internal applicant data
- Respond promptly to candidate activity
- Handle candidate travel expense reimbursements
- Assist with employee benefits administration
- Support open enrollment, new hire enrollments, and benefit changes
- Assist in resolving insurance claims
- Help with the monthly premium reconciliation process
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files
- Collaborate on talent selection with hiring managers and agencies
- Promote Employee Wellness programs
- Assist with administrative tasks and other assigned duties
EDUCATION
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred
EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience in Recruiting, Benefits, or HR administration is preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS, Applicant Tracking System, or ADP Workforce Now/Comprehensive Services is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Positive, energetic, and organized approach
- Interest in a Human Resources career
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, or Vietnamese is beneficial
