Job Summary

As part of our Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) team, you will be responsible for integrating, verifying, and validating our products to ensure they meet the highest standards. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring our systems work effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities to Anticipate
  • Provide functional leadership for a team of approximately 15 employees
    • Set meaningful goals and manage performance
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Effectively communicate business objectives
    • Mentor employees and support their career growth
    • Recognize and appreciate employee contributions
  • Support department and discipline initiatives
  • Perform programmatic and technical scope aligned with HWIL efforts
  • Collaborate with department leadership to achieve shared goals
  • Manage HWIL staffing for Programs in your section
Basic Qualifications
  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management
  • Active US Government issued Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with environmental generation equipment in hardware-in-the-loop simulation
  • Providing performance feedback within a matrix organization
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
