Job Summary

Paragon Space Development Corporation is a leading innovator in life support systems for space. We are seeking a highly skilled Spaceflight Hardware Test Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an integrated systems approach to the test and evaluation of aerospace hardware across its lifecycle.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for the testing of aerospace hardware and guidance to programs and projects regarding testing strategies.
  • Write test plans and procedures to support program milestones and execute test procedures at internal and external facilities.
  • Generate formal test documentation and present test results to internal and external customers.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the company's approach to testing and interface with customers and suppliers to present technical and programmatic progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent field and minimum 8-10 years with system and/or hardware test experience.
  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent field and minimum 4-6 years with system and/or hardware test experience.
  • US Citizen or US permanent resident.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of NASA human spaceflight hardware Life Cycle, Certification, and Engineering processes.
  • Knowledge of tests executed to MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-840, and/or SMC-S-016 or other similar standards.
