Position Overview:
ITS is looking to hire a Warehouse Campus General Manager for its Whitestown/Indianapolis, Indiana location. This role will involve overseeing all warehouse operations, including people management, inventory integrity, and order fulfillment.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Oversee all functions in the Distribution Centers
  • Support human resource activities
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Directly work with clients to plan future business activity
  • Utilize WMS for reliable forecasts
  • Understand customer needs
  • Develop space utilization plans
  • Monitor and operate within the budget
  • Evaluate operational performance
  • Lead organizational development efforts

Position Requirements:
