- Consult with physicians to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with established agency policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Hold a Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work recognized by the Council of Social Work Education.
- Possess or be in the process of obtaining certification from the Academy of Certified Social Workers.
- Preferably have two years of experience, with at least one year in a healthcare setting.
- Must undergo a criminal Level II background clearance and maintain current CPR certification.
