Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Regulatory Affairs and assisting with any regulatory related matters which include regulatory inquires, requests, meetings and periodic examinationsCommunicating with regulators in regards to urgent bank updates Responding in a timely manner to regulatory requests/inquiries to make sure that questions are answered before deadlinesAssisting with monthly and AD HOC regulatory meetings Coordinating with respective parties for communication Recording, distributing and retaining proper minutes for all regulatory meetings that are being completed Assisting with the quality reviews for the compliance department Confirming compliance with any regulatory submissions Completing other tasks that are assigned

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED 5+ Years within financial services, with strong knowledge of US Banking Regulations and compliance practicesStrong knowledge on BSA/AML and OFAC related regulationsExposure to the financial regulatory/legal related areaExcellent communication and writing skillsExposure to consumer or regulatory compliance is idealAbility to implement the bank's policies and proceduresAuthorized to work in the US and local to Midtown NYCCAMS is preferred What's on Offer
