What Will I be Doing in this Role?
The Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for analyzing trends to identify variances and develop reports to assess them. This role involves summarizing information and recommendations, preparing presentation materials, and making suggestions to monitor areas of opportunity and risk. Other responsibilities include:
- Creating regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Conducting Payor Policy analysis and review.
- Performing Denial and Revenue Cycle trending.
- Using independent judgment to resolve issues and recommend solutions.
- Completing complex assignments.
- Applying critical thinking to interpret data effectively.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven analyst experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of PB Revenue Cycle experience highly preferred.
- Experience with KPIs highly preferred.
- Excel work experience with advanced functions preferred.
