The Employee Engagement Partner role at REI is pivotal. This individual will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work culture, and collaborating with business leaders to enhance workforce engagement.

  • Utilize business acumen to address issues, provide insights, and develop solutions
  • Analyze data to guide decisions and ensure inclusive leadership behaviors
  • Offer feedback to business leaders to represent employee perspectives
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
  • Coach managers on performance improvement and employee engagement
  • Advocate for an employee-centric mindset
  • Collaborate with HR and Legal teams on people programs and positive employee relations
  • Participate in training sessions and roundtables on employee sentiment
  • Identify trends and risks through data analysis and implement innovative solutions

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years with a Masters in HR/Industrial Relations
  • Experience in employee/labour relations and driving engagement across large organizations
  • Skilled in consulting, project management, and data analysis
  • Flexibility for travel
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels
  • Proactive, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Effective communication skills and a change champion
