Overview:

As Safety Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees by developing and maintaining safety programs and procedures.

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of Jobsites to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention
  • Collaborate with management to develop training programs on safety protocols, emergency response, and hazard recognition
  • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, training sessions, and other relevant data
  • Prepare detailed reports on safety performance, including trends, areas for improvement, and recommendations for corrective actions
  • Stay up to date with changes in safety regulations and industry best practices Compensation

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field. Or three years proven experience acting in a safety driven role within the Construction Industry. Valid driver's license Proficient in Microsoft office suite products. Pre-employment drug screening
