Position: Board Certified Psychiatrist and Director of Outpatient Psychiatry in Shreveport

  • Seeking applicants with extensive inpatient and outpatient psychiatry experience
  • Preference for candidates with facility or program management background
  • Must be eligible for a Louisiana medical license
  • Academic experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adequate staffing of attendings and residents
  • Monitor productivity of attendings and residents
  • Lead quality and service improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate outpatient and inpatient service locations
  • Participate in department and leadership meetings
