Customer Insights Analyst

to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.


This is a regular, exempt full-time position with benefit eligibility including, medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), paid time off, and additional voluntary benefits.

is responsible for is responsible for gathering & sharing insights that can be used to inform and support decision making.

This role is also important to the wider business as reliable consumer and market insights are a critical enabler for the growth of the product/service.

What You'll Be Doing On A

Daily Basis:
Devising actionable strategies from customer insights.

Assisting in bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities to provide insights and recommendations.

Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs.

Assisting in leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities.

Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports.
Managing the internal innovation portal
What You'll Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have prior experience within a similar role.
Proven success to effectively communicate (listening, writing and verbal) across all levels of an organization.
You are experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.
Significant experience in collecting and analyzing data.
Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and learning new systems/technology with understanding some work is processed manually.
You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to develop strategy/decisions.
Outstanding decision-making skills and ability to work well with numbers.
You are familiar with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story.
You have strong knowledge of the Qualtrics survey platform.
You are a strategic thinker with good communication and presentation skills.
Well organized and detail oriented.

Physical Requirements:
Daily activity includes but is not limited to:

Lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
Reading, communication, intermediate to advance math.
Working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs.
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above.
