Job Title: Treasury Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily Treasury operations, including KYC banking documentation and compliance tasks.
  • Oversee Global Bank Portals, GL Bank Reconciliation reporting, and related tasks.
  • Lead legal documentation interpretation and analysis for operational compliance.

Additional Tasks Include:
  • Conducting KYC, AML, and tax refreshes.
  • Supporting M&A integration and SOX compliance.
  • Handling FBAR reporting and ad-hoc Treasury projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics.
  • Professional designations like CTP or paralegal are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
