Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail and Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and create attractive product displays
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing new shipments

Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
