Head of Advertiser Education Responsibilities:
Oversee cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.
Develop and oversee end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions.
Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation phases of the projects assigned.
Perform risk management and change management on projects.
Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned.
Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
Interface with the Engineering Team and external business owners for project requirements and scope.
Drive product decisions to align with high company initiatives.
Plan technical software and system hardware product requirements with internal teams and develop the project execution plan.

Oversee technical solutions and software development lifecycle end-to-end, project plans and ensure on-time delivery and provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation phases.

Write code and develop software tools, applications, and/or systems to support the company's large-scale infrastructure, systems and operations.
Perform opportunity sizing of product features to improve product adoption and revenue by personalization and experimentation.
Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.permitted.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Information Systems or related field and three years of work experience in job offered or in a consulting or business-related occupation.

Experience must include three years of experience in the following:

Applying expertise in information technology and software engineering during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of technical projects
Gathering business requirements from key stakeholders and converting them to technical requirements and managing prioritization with engineering teams
Working closely with product and engineering teams to define team needs, metrics, and key performance indicators
Articulating the technology, requirements, goals, and milestones of the team
Providing hands-on management during all phases of IT project lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases) with an emphasis on communication to project sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams
Completing root cause analysis of different workflows in order to quantify problems, goals, and identifying priorities.

Public Compensation:
$235,402/year to $252,230/year + bonus + equity + benefits
