Pharmacy Order Entry Technician Job Details:

Schedule:
Several shifts available between 6:00am-12:00pm. 40 hours per week, 8 hour day.

Pay Rate:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour

Pharmacy Order Entry Technician Job Description:
Accurately input prescription information, including drug names, dosages, and patient details, into the pharmacy management system. Verify the accuracy of data entered by cross-referencing with original prescriptions and patient records. Identify and correct any data discrepancies or errors promptly. Adhere to all pharmacy policies and procedures, particularly those concerning data protection and patient confidentiality.

Pharmacy Order Entry Technician Job Requirements:

Pharmacy Certification is preferred1+ years of working experience as a Pharmacy TechnicianKnowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminologyAbility to calculate dosage conversionsPeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
