Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead our retail pharmacy team at Engage Partners Inc. in Kennett Square, PA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pharmacy Management: Oversee the daily operations of the retail pharmacy, ensuring efficient and effective management of medication inventory, patient profiles, and staff performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, interpreting customer needs and offering expert advice on medications and health-related issues.
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and manage the work of pharmacy technicians, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and addressing behavioral and performance issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and procedures, including HIPAA and fraud prevention measures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and preventing expired or deteriorated products.
Requirements
  • Education: Active PharmD or RPh licensure to practice in the required state.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Experience: 2 years of related pharmacy experience in management, with experience in patient management systems and 340B programs preferred.
