This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division.

Who We Are
HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a skilled Quality Manager to support our INDOPACOM Customer in Honolulu, HI.

As a Quality Manager you will Work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and perform all functional duties independently.

May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

What You Will Do
Develops RMF implementation plans, conducts risk assessments, and ensures compliance with cybersecurity policies.
Expertise in RMF 2.0, FISMA, NIST publications, and security tools like eMASS and APMS required.

Develops and delivers implementation plans, risk assessments, research, and analysis in support of RMF and continuous monitoring based on Government regulations, plans, and direction.

Provides monthly status reports and track the execution of Army RMF, including compliance with authorizations, system assessments, and Plan of Actions & Milestones (POA&M) expirations and executions.

Collaborate with automated RMF tools such as eMASS and APMS, following the Federal Information Security.
What We Are Looking For

8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.

Must have an active SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
Physical Requirements
Job performance may require working in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level.
