As a Taco Bell Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Assist in managing all restaurant operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards
  • Participate in recruiting, training, and developing the team
  • Supervise associates in a fast-paced setting while prioritizing food safety
  • Handle scheduling, ordering, and support GM in various aspects of restaurant management
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines
  • Uphold health, safety, and security standards through regular audits
  • Maintain Taco Bell facility and equipment to company standards
  • Follow proper opening and closing procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Obtain a food handlers certificate as per state/local regulations
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Maintain professional appearance and hygiene standards
  • Flexible scheduling and reliable attendance
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role
