Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned companies.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP for complex transactions and document them for audit purposes.
  • Review source documentation for accurate revenue calculation and generate customer invoices.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate posting and reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements for the leadership team.
  • Assist in accounts receivable collections analysis and follow-up on overdue accounts.
  • Analyze and improve accounting processes, including post-implementation monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports according to company standards.
  • Perform trend, variance, growth, and impairment analyses for responsible areas.
  • Utilize various software applications for accounting operations.

Client Requirements:

  • Accounting degree from a four-year university.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, particularly XLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Preferred certifications: CPA or CMA.
  • Experience with Acumatica, Velixo, and Concur is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting procedures.
