Digital Marketing Manager
Job Overview
Who You Are:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will build and lead campaigns that engage our B2B clients as well as grow our consumer client base through lead generation and lead nurturing primarily through email marketing using Hubspot and/or related tools.
Additionally, you will be responsible for projects to improve and maintain our own media assets including our website at and social media accounts.
You will lead our efforts to measure and optimize our marketing campaigns across all channels.You will have product marketing responsibilities including collaborating with the marketing creative team as well as product managers to develop and deliver to market a range of assets that support the rollout and enhancements of products and features for both B2B and B2C customers.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with the creative services team.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, focusing on email, social, and enablement of customer success teams.
Develop and manage audience segments and build relevant personalization into campaigns
Manage and grow campaigns and other lead generation and lead nurturing for organic growth as well as partner collaborations.
Use data analysis to identify trends and formulate recommendations for campaign optimization.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs, ROI, and conversion rates.
Report on campaign performance, providing clear insights into successes, failures, and opportunities for improvement.
Implement test and iteration plans for campaigns and landing page optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service/success, product, and external vendors.
Team lead, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Develop and maintain company website, SEO, and related platforms.
Perform competitive analysis and maintain associated reports
Collaborate on development of social proof including case studies, testimonials, awards, and recognitions
Ensure regulatory compliance through collaboration with legal department, manage vendors and invoicing as assigned, participate in annual budgeting process.
What You'll Need to be Successful
Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business analytics, business administration, management information systems, or a related field.
Candidates with a Communications or similar degree will be considered with demonstrated success in a prior analytical and/or technical position.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing campaigns in email, organic social, and related owned media channelsProven experience driving sales in an email marketing position preferably for insurance or another consumer financial services product.
Proven experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforece. HubSpot Certified expert preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel and database software such as SQL Server, Oracle, Access or other relational databases.
Experience with landing page optimization and content management systems.
Strong understanding of the digital ad ecosystem, including online and offline tracking and measurement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex concepts clearly and present to different audiences, including executive leadership.
Experience in leading and managing a team of marketing analysts and cross-functional projects.
Strong project management skills and keen attention to detail.
Experience in the B2B High Tech sector and SaaS products is highly preferred.
