Join a team of dedicated individuals in the College Readiness Assessments (CRA) division, who deliver the SAT Suite of Assessments annually. The SAT Suite opens doors for students to various post-high school opportunities.
The Institutional Assessment Management team within CRA is seeking a Director to contribute to the evolution of the digital SAT Suite. This role involves managing institutional purchasing policies, business proposals, and product functionality to support the use of the SAT Suite at state and district levels.
The ideal candidate will work on client engagement, business development, internal collaboration, and product development. If you have a passion for education and a commitment to promoting educational equity, this could be the perfect role for you.
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with key state/district customers
- Implement institutional purchasing models and processes
- Support stakeholders with information and resources for using the SAT Suite
- Develop business proposals for competitive opportunities
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of College Board's SAT Suite
- Provide market intelligence for product development
- Organize cross-divisional meetings to prioritize resources
- Stay informed about education policies at federal and state levels
About You
You have:
- 7+ years of experience in education or related fields
- Expertise in client engagement, product management, and consultative sales
- Deep understanding of assessments, College Board SAT Suite experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel 2-3 times a month
- Bachelor's degree and authorization to work in the United States required
