Job Description

Delta-T Group is a nationwide provider of interim staffing referrals and workforce solutions within the K12 education, social service, behavioral health, substance abuse, and disability fields. We connect caring professionals with rich and rewarding client opportunities.

Our client is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to work in Washington, DC.

CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conducts diagnostic assessments, including in the community
  • Conducts mental health intakes and assessments and develops treatment plans, completes GAIN, LOCUS/CAFAS
  • Reviews the diagnostic assessments completed by graduate licensed clinician and licensed professional counselor, enters the dx and signs off and approves for billing
  • Supervises the direct care workers, and documents the supervision
  • Approves the encounter notes within 48 hours
  • Participates in treatment team meetings and links families to appropriate services and agencies to assist in the overall health and well-being of the individuals served
  • Works with Clinical Director and other multi-disciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans/assessments for clients
  • Completes the initiated diagnostic assessment within 7 days of initiating the service

Meet the productivity (at least 18 hrs. billable services per week) requirements

  • Completes Relias Trainings
  • Attends all the required meetings
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Current LICSW/LPC/LGSW license in Washington, DC
