We are seeking a skilled Licensed Social Worker to join our team at Delta-T Group. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will work with clients to provide diagnostic assessments, mental health intakes, and develop treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic assessments and mental health intakes
- Develop treatment plans and complete GAIN, LOCUS/CAFAS
- Review and approve diagnostic assessments completed by graduate licensed clinicians
- Supervise direct care workers and document supervision
- Participate in treatment team meetings and link families to appropriate services
- Work with the Clinical Director to develop and implement treatment plans
- Current LICSW/LPC/LGSW license in Washington, DC
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
