About the Job:
This role focuses on shaping the vision and roadmap for a product or technology solution. The ideal candidate will prioritize deliverables, communicate effectively with stakeholders and development teams, and possess a deep understanding of both business and technology domains. Specifically, you will play a key role in influencing the strategic direction of the Financial Crimes program, with a focus on transaction monitoring and data management.

At Global Financial Crimes, we are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead our Network Analytics/Network Graph capabilities. These capabilities are crucial components of our operations, utilized by both the Analytics Team and Investigations Team. In this role, you will drive product design and delivery to meet the needs of our Transaction Monitoring applications within Global Financial Crimes.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business and technology goals.
- Effectively communicate the product vision to stakeholders and drive user adoption.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to prioritize and address their needs.
- Manage work allocation across multiple teams and refine product backlog stories.
- Ensure the readiness of stories for upcoming sprints and make informed decisions on scope and requirements.
- Work closely with the team to maximize value through technology and a deep understanding of the business.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in agile development environments, preferably in Product Management or Product Ownership
- Minimum 5 years' experience with Network Graph Solutions (e.g., TigerGraph, Neo4J)
- Strong understanding of graph and relational database concepts with hands-on experience
- Familiarity with Graph Neural Networks and Graph Algorithms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present product strategies clearly
- Advanced analytics skills for informed decision-making and problem-solving
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing initiatives
- Excellent time-management and critical-thinking abilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in user acceptance testing for technology changes
- Proficiency in working with large volumes of data and performance tuning

Desired Qualifications:
- SAFE Agile Product Manager Certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification
- Experience in issues management and solution-driven approaches
