Growing and dynamic team is looking for a solutions oriented AP Lead who enjoys process improvement streamlining.? Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience within a large/dynamic AP team and?SAP experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise AP team of 5 direct reports
  • Oversee the completion invoicing, managing any escalations
  • Work with team, Accounting management to ensure accuracy of billing, collections and accounts payable
  • Assist with process improvement measures for concurrent projects in order to streamline the department
  • Ensure that KPIs are implemented effectively and met consistently
  • Identify areas for streamlining processes and developing enhanced analytics
  • Manage concurrent projects including goals and timelines
  • Display positive and mentoring attitude
  • Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of A/P experience, including supervisory experience
  • Large company environment
  • SAP experience required, advanced Excel
  • Thorough understanding of A/P
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully
  • Team player who works well in a changing environment
