Responsibilities:
- Supervise AP team of 5 direct reports
- Oversee the completion invoicing, managing any escalations
- Work with team, Accounting management to ensure accuracy of billing, collections and accounts payable
- Assist with process improvement measures for concurrent projects in order to streamline the department
- Ensure that KPIs are implemented effectively and met consistently
- Identify areas for streamlining processes and developing enhanced analytics
- Manage concurrent projects including goals and timelines
- Display positive and mentoring attitude
- Perform other duties as required
- 3-5+ years of A/P experience, including supervisory experience
- Large company environment
- SAP experience required, advanced Excel
- Thorough understanding of A/P
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully
- Team player who works well in a changing environment

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
