Manufacturing Technician Job Description:
  • Operate, set up, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
  • Execute manufacturing processes, including blending, granulation, compression, encapsulation, and packaging, with precision and accuracy.
  • Monitor and control process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary to optimize production efficiency.
  • Perform in-process testing and inspections to verify product quality and compliance with specifications, recording data accurately and promptly.

Manufacturing Technician Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a regulated industry highly desirable.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills, with the ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment effectively.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment, and instrumentation, including experience with compressors, preferred.
  • Familiarity with GMP regulations, FDA guidelines, and quality management systems (QMS) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
