Accounting: Entering purchase orders Entering bills Entering receipts from vendors Processing paid invoices Keeping client and vendor files up to date Monthly Statements Filing Data entry Receiving deliveries and orders Answer multiline phones (transferring or taking clear messages)
Qualifications/Skills:

  • 2+ years experience in the HVAC industry or comparable trades preferred, but not required
  • Accounting basics preferred
  • Highly motivated, selfstarter and dependable individual
  • Proficient Computer Skills. Experience in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks Online a PLUS
  • Ability to Multi-Task efficiently
  • Exceptional Communication, Telephone, and Organizational Skills
