  • Assist in leading person-centered dementia friendly programs
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities
  • Ensure programs are compliant with regulations
  • Coordinate special events and outings
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience working with older adults and persons with dementia

Travel: Occasionally required

Management/Decision Making: Makes standard decisions based on guidelines with little independent judgment. Knowledge and Skills:
  • Basic technical skills with PC's and word processing software
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
