Job Overview:

  • Analyze event details to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Attend meetings to understand daily event needs
  • Provide personalized service to guests

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up correctly
  • Brainstorm ideas to enhance client experiences
  • Collaborate with group contacts and surpass expectations
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of event spaces
  • Ensure effective communication and problem resolution for events
  • Document and utilize event feedback for future reference

Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services
  • Proficiency in English, second language is a plus
  • Ability to build positive guest relations and maximize satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job
  • Comfortable working in a customer-oriented environment
